With pigs selectioned in Avila and Segovia provinces and feeding daily with only based on natural grain, we obtain fat porks that we live integrated in nature to achieve a weight more 150 kg. Our products, with the low salt content, are cured in our drying-rooms and cellars slowly that enables us to offer you the typical flavour of our hams, shoulders and loin sausages.
