Several views of the sacrifying and carving up processes of our fresh pork products carefully selected, together with the curing process and elaboration of our loin sausages.
In our facilities we elaborate the loin sausages and hams with raw materials that come exclusively from our slaughter house, with, therefore, the prestige and recognition of every product from La Prudencia.
The specific location of our drying-rooms and cellars, the absolutely natural conditions, the climate, altitude and low humidity are, with no doubt, remarkable.
In La Prudencia we are proud of our facilities set up to cure the hams and loin sausages and, at the same time to offer our customers a new sales departament.
